“I was 17 when I purchased my first piece of real estate. Three years later I dove head first into my first renovation project! Real Estate drew my interest at a very young age. It quickly became my passion, and it has been my privilege to do what I love for 3 decades.
I moved to Sarasota in 1997, and have been involved in negotiating the purchase and sale of raw land, commercial properties/projects, Condo conversions and residential properties (including foreclosed and distressed) for investors and end users. The Renovation Consultancy Division of Suncoast Premier Realty Solutions has become my “baby” and my passion.
I have had the opportunity to be involved in the renovation of more than 100 properties now and I’m looking forward to the next 100!
